Process

Already Imported Lead

Connect with your RT Coach to find out who this person's Candidate Advisor is. Please send an introduction text after the meeting including the person you just met with and the correct Candidate Advisor.

Brand New Lead: Long-Term Interest

If you haven't yet imported this lead using the GMI Form, please send an intro text to the following Candidate Advisors. Split long-term (Legacy, Masters, GAP) interested leads 30/30/30 between Christina, Andrew, and Adam.

Brand New Lead: Short-Term Interest

Encourage the individual to fill out the application as their first step! This will set them up to do an exploratory interview where they will learn about their program options and get their questions answered. If the student seems really hesitant to do an application as a first step (remind them it is not a commitment, just a next step), you can offer to connect them with a short-term CA for an inquiry call. Split this category 50/50 between Sarah and Max.

Key Note: The line of communication from a GMI to CA is meant only for intro texts and your own program interest. You'll continue to refer to your RT Coach for any other mobilization items!

Text Format

What to Include

Use the templates below (or create your own that sounds professional and personable), ensuring to include:

The names of both the CA and the lead
A brief introduction of the CA (using the fun facts/interests below or your own descriptors)
A brief introduction of the lead, including what your conversation with them was about (e.g., "We chatted at the booth and he's interested in a 2-week program in May!" or "We grabbed coffee this afternoon and she wants to know more about placements in MENA!")
A clear action step (e.g., "here's a link to CA's availability! Do you think you could find time to connect next week?" or "here is a link to that Engage application โ€” after you fill that out, CA will be the one you interview with!")

Short-Term Introduction to Max
Hey Max, meet Jonny! Jonny is a sophomore at GCU and is really excited about exploring our Engage opportunities for next summer. :) He's studying psychology and is most interested in the MENA region! Jonny, Max is the candidate advisor I mentioned to you. He's super fun and is a big basketball enthusiast. Like we talked about over coffee, the best next step is for you to fill out an application (here's the link for it https://info.elic.org/engage-application) and then Max will send you a message with a link to schedule an interview! I'm excited for you guys to get to know one another, and can't wait to see how the Father leads you as you consider next summer, Jonny!
Long-Term Introduction to Christina
Hey Christina, meet Thomas! Thomas is a senior at Cedarville right now and is SO interested in GAP! We only got a few minutes to talk at the booth before I had to pack up, but I promised I'd get him in touch with you! Thomas, like I shared earlier, getting on a call with Christina soon is the best next step for you to learn more and get your questions answered. Christina is SO fun and loves a good outdoor adventure. :) Here is a link to her availability: https://meetings.hubspot.com/christina-marino/inquiry-call- Would you have time for a call next week?
